So - What is Reiki?“Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique in which a Reiki practitioner/master uses gentle hand movements or a distant healing session, with the intention to guide the flow of healthy, universal life energy (Rei-ki: “life force energy”) through the client's body to reduce stress, promote healing and all over increase the clients self-healing abilities. Reiki is also meant to resolve emotional distress by allowing the healing energy to flow freely throughout the body & energy field, which results in relaxation and helps reduce pain and tension throughout our body. It can also help reduce stress and anxiety - and can have many many more benefits.”…and what is my speciality?It is healing, clearing & activation happening on the frequency of the energetic body, with which I connect in a special meditative state.
We (the participant together with me) set a powerful intention in the beginning of each session, which will guide me.
(There are slight some differences in in-person and remote sessions)I am intuitively taken on a journey on this level (and so is most of the time the participant as well) and we see where deeper healing is asked for.
I receive channeled messages & guidance along the way as well.

Metamorphic Healing Technique
The Metamorphosis healing technique is a gentle spiritual blocking technique. It enables the individual to free deep blocks in their body’s energy pattern and bring about resolution of stuck patterns at the root of problems in their life and health.
This energetic healing focuses on the meridians in the feet, hands and head, which correspond to the spinal column and it releases stuck trauma on three levels of the person: from the level of their ancestors, the time in the womb and then since the birth of the individual.
By gently touching the reflex points on the feet, hands, head and face, it helps to release and transform these spiritual, emotional and energetic blocks - thereby bringing the human body into harmony. During the session, the guest enters a deep meditative state.
The word metamorphosis means: transformation, change.
It is not by chance that this is the name of the technique: the Metamorph massage brings change and improvement in everyday life, zest for life, lifestyle, and outlook on life.
When performed regularly, the guest is transformed - it helps to eliminate fears, inhibitions, gloomy, angry thoughts, oppressive feelings, and frustrations.
It helps to become more open, more relaxed, and more energetic. This technique can change your perspective on life and reveal a growing sense of purpose and inner strength!
