Let us practice together:
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, often translated as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that leads the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. Rooted in ancient yogic tradition, it invites practitioners to rest between wakefulness and sleep, allowing the nervous system to reset and the mind to become quiet and receptive.
Through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization, Yoga Nidra helps release accumulated tension, reduce stress, and restore inner balance. In this state of conscious rest, the body can deeply rejuvenate while the mind reconnects with clarity, intention, and a sense of ease.
Accessible to everyone and practiced lying down,
Yoga Nidra offers a powerful space for healing, self-inquiry,
and profound relaxation.
